1965 Ford Cobra
This is known to be the first 1965 Factory Five Mach 1 Roadster to have ever been produced, #1011K. It was purchased from Factory Five Racing in 1995, then completed, inspected, and registered in the state of Texas in 1996. We are told that all cars up to # 1010 were either P (prototype) or X (experimental). Therefore, this is the first K (kit) series car produced.
